I allow my puppies to go
to their new homes after 8 weeks. I do remove their dewclaws.
Great Danes are born with floppy ears. They are cropped in order to stand
erect. I usually crop the ears of all the puppies unless someone requests
for their new puppy to be uncropped. I am also open to shipping a young
puppy weather permitting but the buyer will pay for the crate and flight
expenses.
Puppies are homed first
according to whether they are show potential or pet puppies. Then I try to
let those who contacted me first pick their puppies according to sex,
temperament, color, etc.
My goal is to produce
the highest quality of dogs. Quality to me is a structurally sound animal
that is strong and healthy from the inside out and has that wonderful
temperament which gave the Great Dane that "Gentle Giant" title. I also
strive for longevity and correct color. As a result, I sometimes have pet
and show puppies available for placing in loving homes only.

you a Shebang Questionnaire. I can also send the questionnaire via e-mail.
Once I have received and reviewed your completed questionnaire, I will send
you my contract and puppy packet if I think you are a potentially suitable
home.
Please understand that
this breed of dog is designed to be a family member so be prepared to answer
my questions. Despite their mature size, Great Danes ARE house dogs! They
are very emotional
and simply cannot tolerate extreme temperatures.

Each and every
Shebang puppy comes with their own AKC papers, a Shebang Puppy Packet, a
contract with guarentee, a health record which includes what dewormings and
health procedures the puppies have had, and a feeding schedule. Also
included are pictures, pedigrees, and health testing
results of the puppies parents
